Introduction

SZ-32C series machine tool belongs to Swiss high-speed high-precision CNC directory and feeding dual-purpose turning-milling combined lathe (exchangeable guide sleeve and guide sleeve-free modes according to customer requirements).

This product integrates guide sleeve and guide sleeve-free modes, realizing multipurpose design. The machine tool carries out the most appropriate machining according to customer requirements on products; in the guide sleeve structure (directory), it is equipped with an integral splined shaft synchronous rotation device and a total-travel synchronous rotation guide sleeve, 320mm materials can be fed by one-time clamping; in a guide sleeve-free structure (feeding), it is convenient to dismount, does not need material grinding in the machining process, and can machine cold drawn bars at high speed and high accuracy. The spindle is an integrated built-in electric spindle of which the rotation power head is equipped with an oil cooling device.

It can be widely applied to the combined machining of slender-shaft parts and precision parts in automobiles, electronic communication, faxes, printers, medical instruments, home appliances, lockmaking and other industries.
