Four-axes CNC Horizontal Machining Centre
HMC500 HMC500L HMC630 HMC800
Feature:
- Fixed beam type structure.
- Round plate type ATC with 24 tools capacity.
- NC rotary working table. Mini dividing: 1 degree, hydraulic clamp, large clamping force, suit for heavy-duty process.
- Such machining processes as boring, milling, drilling, enlarging, reaming and tapping are realized, with fixture of box, shell, cam, mold type and other complicated workpieces one time.
- Balance equipment for pneumatic and hydraulic up-down exchange.
- HMC630: Z-axis with four line hard guideway coated, precision scraped, X-axis extra-heavy-duty linear guideway, Y-axis hard guideway.
- HMC500/HMC800: 3-axis hard guideway.
- HMC500L: 3-axis linear guideway
