The CMPA601C025F from Cree is a GaN HEMT MMIC amplifier that operates from 6 GHz to 12 GHz. It has a small signal gain of up to 37 dB, can provide 35 W of saturated power and requires a 28 V supply. The amplifier is housed in thermally-enhanced, 10 lead ceramic package and is matched to 50 ohms.
