The CMPA0060025F is a gallium nitride (GaN) High Electron Mobility Transistor (HEMT) based power amplifier that operates from 20 MHz to 6000 MHz. It provides a power gain from 15.5 to 21.4 dB, output power from 18 to 27 W and has a PAE of 26% at 6 GHz. This GaN amplifier is matched to 50 ohms and requires a bias from appropriate bias tees. It is available in a small footprint screw-down package.
