What is wood pellet machine

Wood pellet machine is new biomass energy equipment for producing pellets. It is used to press birch, fruit tree waste, bamboo, agriculture into pellets. Main sector for pressing pellets include crushing, drying, screening, pelletizing, cooling and packing etc. Final produts can be used in biomass power plant, boiler, fireplace, houshold use etc.

1.Vertical ring die wood pellet machine is installed with 90kw power motor, vertical ring die type. Capacity raning from 1000 kg per hour to 1500 kg per hour depend on different raw materails. Our customers always using one 6m screw feeder to feed sawdust into the pellet machine. 

2. Except this, we operate this pellet machine with bag dust collector, independent lubrication system, fan blower to remove dust and keep the workshop dust free.

 How to make pellets from biomass wood pellet machine 

1. Recycle grass to be used and reduce size of wood piects. chip or crush raw materials until pieces are no larger than 1 inch. Use a hammer mill to reduce the size of wood even further. Get the pieces as small as possible without turning it into sawdust. 

2. Dry raw materials using rotary durm dryer. Moisture is very important when use pellet making machine to make pellets. If moisture is too high, then better way is to reduce the moisture by exposing raw materials into the sun, then using a dryer machine , your cost can be saved a lot by using this way. 

3. Produce pellets by using pellet machine or pellet making machine that includes a die and roller.  Die is made from high alloy steel materials with many holes drilled through it. Roller go across the die and pressed the wood through the holes into piecse the size of finished pellets. 

4. Make pellets temperatuer cool using a cooler.

5. Sieve pellets that didn't form well. Some peicese will fall aport or brealk during the pressing porcess, seperate the improperly formed piecse by shaking or sifting thme through a screen.
