Pretreatment stage: First, determine whether the raw materials need to be crushed and dried based on their particle size and moisture content. For raw materials with too large particles or too high water content, our carbonization machine will be equipped with a shredder and a dryer to perform preliminary treatment, which prepares for the subsequent carbonization process.

Carbonization stage: Raw materials of suitable size are continuously fed into the carbonization furnace through the feeding system. The heat source heats the carbonization host, and the raw materials are further dried, dehydrated and carbonized in the carbonization furnace. During the carbonization process, the organic matter in the raw materials gradually decomposes to generate combustible gas, charcoal,wood vinegar and other products.

Cooling stage：The generated biochar needs to be fully cooled by the cooling system and then sent to the material yard or silo for packaging or storage. The main purpose of the cooling stage is to reduce the temperature of the charcoal, prevent it from spontaneous combustion, and ensure the quality and safety of the product.
