 How to make pellets from biomass wood pellet machine 

1. Recycle grass to be used and reduce size of wood piects. chip or crush raw materials until pieces are no larger than 1 inch. Use a hammer mill to reduce the size of wood even further. Get the pieces as small as possible without turning it into sawdust.

4. Make pellets temperatuer cool using a cooler.

5. Sieve pellets that didn't form well. Some peicese will fall aport or brealk during the pressing porcess, seperate the improperly formed piecse by shaking or sifting thme through a screen.
