PEV series of European Jaw Crusher is a new product absorbing world advanced technology. On the basis of our present traditional jaw crusher, we adopt three-dimensional design theory. Compared with traditional jaw crusher, it has larger capacity and crushing ratio, bigger range of input size, evener product size, and easier maintenance.

The crushing type of PEV series Jaw Crusher is curvilinear compressive type. The belt pulley is driven by motor, making the movable jaw flapping through eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw goes up and the movable jaw plate moves towards fixed jaw plate, materials will be crushed. When the movable jaw goes down and the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate, the crushed materials go out freely from discharge gate under the effects of gravity. Mass production achieved along with the continuous working of motor and periodic crushing and discharging work of the movable jaw. 

1. Symmetrical deep crushing chamber is adopted to maximize the range of feed size, capacity and crushing ratio.

2. Three-dimensional software is adopted to optimize crusher parameters and reduce equipment self-weight, so capacity is increased by more than 30%.

3. Bearing seat is designed integrally, so manufacturing difficulty is greatly reduced, and bearing life is increased.

4. There is a thick replaceable plate on the top of moving jaw to prevent moving jaw from being impacted.

5. Wedge is adopted to replace traditional gasket, so the adjustment is much easier and more reliable. Discharging size can be adjusted into any sizes as requirement within the adjustable range.
