Polyethylene(PE) integral moulding electrolytic cell for 99.99% Lead production

Polyethylene (PE) integral moulding electrolytic cell is composed of inner tank, shell (reinforced concrete or steel) and external anticorrosion coating. The inner tank adopts imported polyethylene through integral corrugated rotational moulding, which is of good impact strength, age resistance and corrosion resistance and is of homogenizing wall thickness, smooth interior and exterior surface and good weldability while is of no inner stress, no crack and no leakage at the temperature of -40°C~80°C. The reinforced concrete shell is not liable to deform. The external anticorrosion coating adopts asphalt paint and glass fibre reinforced plastic, which is of excellent chemical resistance and environmental stress crack resistance. The electrolytic cell is well applied to hydrometallurgy industry such as electrolytic zinc, manganese, lead, silver, gold and copper.
