1.Brief introduction of walnut shell carbonization kiln:

  Walnut shell carbonization kiln is our new invent, which is also combined type. this kind of carbonization stove are included three inner  stove, when one inner stove are finished,  it can be hoisted outside,.  And when the first inner stove are cooling , the other inner stove can be carbonized at the same time, in this way the cooling time can be reduced much, thus, the productive efficiency increase a lot .This type of stove adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber, to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization. And the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonizing, saving much fuel during the whole process, and increasing the enterprise revenue.   And there is little smoke and pollution during the producing.

3.Introduction of charcoal carbonization kiln: 

              ♣ Carbonizing is also know as dry distillation, this is a process of turning solid fuel into charcoal in a thermal chemical process.

          ♣  In this process solid fuel, such as wood, coal are decomposed into gas(coal gas), liquid(tar oil), and solidity(charcoal/coke). The final tar oil and gas are overflow from the charring stove(can recycle)and the charcoal should remove by manual labor out the stove.

1.Gas flow carbonization furnace in high carbonization rate and high output charcoal.

2.Energy saving,1000 kg charcoal only need 30kg firewood or 15kg liquid gs for heating the carbonization furnace.

working process:

Prepared work: keep one inner pot down, then put the raw materials into the inner pot, use the hoist 

or crane to hoist the inner pot (with raw material) into the main stove, and cover it, then seal it well.

Heating process: use wood wastes or gas as the fuel to heat the furnace, after 80-120 minutes, 

stop heating when the temperature reach 280-330 °C.

Carbonized process: then change the fire into low heat, carbonize 8-10 hours, this process may 

produce some smoke, gas and wood tar, do not worry about it, we have purify system can deal with 

it, and the redundant smoke can be reused as fuel to heat the furnace. Thus can recycle the smoke.

Cooling process: after that, hoist the finished inner pot out for cooling, and put another inner pot in 

the outer pot to heat.

Notice: if you want to produce wood charcoal with different shapes, you can make them into shapes 

you want, then put them in order in the furnace.    

6.The difference compared with other suppliers:

♦ Thickness of outer stove is: wall --- 4mm, bottom --- 12mm, other supplier uses 3mm and 8mm.

♦ Thickness of Inner pot is: wall --- 8mm, bottom --- 10mm, other supplier uses 4mm and 6mm.

♦ The brick we used for building outer stove is good quality, high temperature resistance, white refractory bricks. Other supply uses common bricks.
