Drying process

First of all, we use waste wood or gas or others to gasoline to fire the  Wood charcoal kiln . When the temperature goes 180 centi-degree. 

The moisture from the wood is removed by the out heating of the gas or wood and the inner heating from the wood itself. 

There is no chemical reaction of the wood. 

Beginning of the carbonizing process

With the times goes on, the wood comes into 280 centi-degree, 

the heating mainly comes from the Wood charcoal kiln itself. 

In this process, the wood comes into a thermal decompose reaction.It comes to a chemical reaction. 

The hemicellulose are reacted into CO2,CO, and little acetic acid. 

The process of the carbonizing process

The temperature goes 300-650 centi degree, the material would be fast heating decomposed into acetic acid, wood tar and methanol and so on. 

Meanwhile the methane and the ethylene are produced in this process. This flamability gas will be firing the stove to reheat the furnace. 

The wood would be dry distallation process to make charcoal.
