Mode of action
Osda solar air collector operates by taking in air at the bottom of photovoltaic panels, and through a special construction inside the panel, the air is heated by the sun several times. The heated or fresh air is blew into the house by a fan, driven by electricity generated from sunlight by photovoltaic panel.

Heating and ventilation

“Multi-Airflow Heating” designin Osda’s air collector makes it different with other collectors. The air passes several times through the absorber, to absorb the most heat, after which the heated air without wasting energy, is delivered into the room.

“Side Suction” principle avoids much room built in the absorber air. The air is being heated while it is sucked into the panel along the wall, therefore it will typically be warmer than the free air.

Even on cold winter days, the panel may blow air into the dwelling, which is 25 – 30 degrees warmer than the outside air temperature. The panels are all thermostatically controlled so that the fan turns off when a certain temperature is reached.
