Application:

It can be used in wet processing for below 1.2 mm (-200 mesh of 30 ~ 100%) of fine grained red mine (hematite, siderite, limonite etc.), manganese ore, ilmenite, black tungsten and other kinds of weakly magnetic metallic minerals and purify some non-metallic minerals, such as quartz, feldspar, nepheline ore, kaolin to remove the ferrous impurities.

Working Principle:
Oil-water compound-cooling vertical ring high magnetic separator adopts wholly-sealed oil cooling outer circulating device, the device makes the washing water go through the oil-water heat exchanger to take away the heat generated by coils. The magnetic field generated by the windings coil,constitutes the magnetic field circuit with upper and down yorks. The vertical ring can rotate as per the required direction. when it working, pulp goes into the feed hopper through the feed tube. The pulp, along with the gap of upper magnetic pole, flows through the rotating ring. The induction magnetic matrix, composed of the high permeability stainless steel rods, are magnetized by the matrix surface and form high gradient magnetic fields. The down part of the rotating ring is immersed in the pulp. So the magnetic minerals are absorbed on the surface of magnetic matrix. They can be brought to the non-magnetic area of the ring top with the rotating ring. And the magnetic minerals are discharged to the upper hopper with washing water, The non-magnetic particles flow to the lower hopper along with the gap of the lower magnetic pole. In the metallic minerals' processing, the pulsating box starts to work, which makes the pulp down-up pulsate to remove impurities and improve the concentrate grade.
