JCTN fine improvement and slag reduction permanent drum magnetic separator.

This product is for magnetic ore rinsing and purification design of wet magnetic separator, according to process requirement for magnetic ore washing ,purification selection ,concentrated desliming. It is used to separate desliming after a first stage grinding classification of products ; the second stage of grinding and mineral concentration before filtration; magnetite ore into fine screening before desliming and reverse flotation  before desliming ,the final concentration of magnetite.

Working Principle:

The pulp feed into the tube-type feed box forming crack feed, firstly the magnetic material will be magnetized, layered and absorbed onto the drum surface, the magnetic mineral will be taken out of the pulp by the counter rotating drum and transported upward to separate mineral from water and increase the density of mineral. Meanwhile the magnetic mineral on the drum surface will do the mechanical movement-magnetic aggregation-decentralization- magnetic aggregation by the force of build-in stir magnetic field, the Si, S and P will be removed from the magnetic mineral by the washing water to upgrade the concentrate. The magnetic mineral will be collected by the double layer scraper to be the final concentrate, the non-magnetic mineral will be the tailing and discharged from the bottom of tank.

 Major technical Features

 1. Adopt the tube feeding device, through the overflow plate overflowing  ,It can  achieve to feed mine evenly..

2. Magnetic system with large wrap angle design up to 240~270°,multi-pole design , according to the mineral properties and mineral processing index to transform the magnetic  system structure in order to achieve reasonable beneficiation indicators. 

3.Drum inside is equipped with magnetic intensity stirring apparatus.

4.The downstream way to feed, counter-rotating drum with multi-stage rinsing water (can selectively open and close depending on the circumstances)

5.Discharge ore adopt polyurethane scraper two stage discharge , ensure clean discharge

6.Transmission system adopts frequency conversion
