SNC45-21 Cementing Truck

SNC45-21 cementing truck is a cementing equipment equipped with a horizontal single function triplex plunger pump. When the truck is working, the triplex plunger pump is driven by diesel engine above the chassis. When the truck is in running, the triplex plunger pump is driven by diesel engine under the chassis. This truck is equipped with homemade slurry mixing system with the function of recycling cement. The truck operation system can be realized is by circuit system, hydraulic pressure system, pneumatic system and mechanical transmission system. All of the control is focused on the console, and just need one person to operate, and the operation is easy, convenient and reliable with the high automation.

This truck is mainly used in deep, middle, and shallow oil-field. It can complete the fracturing work itself. Such as self-help mud slurry, self-help mud injection, self-help mud replacement and etc. It can also be used in washing wells, shallow well work and etc. The greatest strengths of the truck is that using only one car can realize the work between well depth in 450m. Applicable temperature rang is between -40 to 50 °C
