Working principle:

There is only one filter to operation in normally work. You can not stop the system then open the pressure balance valve and roll reversing vales .switch to another filter to work , when the filter pressure loss exceed(more than 0.35 MPa ) and then clean or replace the filter element .

operational process:

1. Filter installation is completed , open the inlet and outlet valve of the filter , the system start to working .

2. When the differential pressure transducer is alarm (differential pressure is achieved 0.35MPa), pls change the conversion valve and let another filter to work.

3. Open the vent valve (on the upper cap) and blowdown valve (on the bottom cap), let the dust fluid drain off the filter completely.

4. Open the upper cap of filter , take our the filter element .

5. Clean or change the filter element , then install the filter element and upper cap .

6. Closed the vent valve and blowdown valve and open the inlet and outlet valve of the filter .

7. The best advantage of the duplex filter is when the element need to change or clean , don’t need stop system working .
