2. Brief Introduction of  CNC Milling Machine Tool TK6816

Equipped with advanced CNC system, the boring machine can realize 4 axes spontaneous control, drilling, broaching, boring, groov cutting and plane milling. This machine is applicable for industries like engeering machinery, rolling-stock, mine facility, large motor, hydraulic, steam turbine, ship building, steel and military industries.

3. Main Structure of CNC Milling Machine Tool TK6816

1) The cnc milling machine  is planer type horizontal machine, Front and rear bed is T type design.

2) Spindle. The spindle consists of boring spindle and milling spindle. The spindle bearings are of high speed, good rigidity and high accuracy. Constant tempreratre oil is provided for cooling the bearing so as to guarantee the working accuracy of spindle. Material of spindle is electroslag-refined, nitrated steel. Over 30 operations are required for processing the spindle and its mirror surface have grouond adn lapped.

3) Guide Way. The rotary guide way adopt the cast iron and stickled plastic. The rotary bearing adopt double cylinder roll bearing which is high rigid and accuracy.

4) Hydraulic system. The hydraulic system adopts oil coolant to enhance hydraulic unit and hydraulic reliability. The dimension of hydraulic unit is international standard.

5) Lubrication. Automatic lubrication system spread lubrication oil to various points of the guide ways of X,Y,Z,V, and W axes. To avoid the damage caused by lack pf clean oil film, the system adopt automatic lubrication by timing which can maintain the the oil film from damage and contaminated, also it match the guideway needs. The W and X axes are equipped with the flexible guide way cover, Y axis is equipped with cover.
