Photoelectric Smoke / Heat Detector
It is low-profile, conventional 2-wire plug-in units that are connected to a fire indicator panel. Cost effective and highly reliable, these photoelectric detectors are designed to optically detect smoke and / or heat in open areas and are to be used only with compatible UL listed panels.
Mechanical Heat Detector
It is designed to protect property in situation where smoke detection is not practical, such as in garages and laundry rooms.
It is a single circuit heat detector that is actuated at a fixed temperature of 135 ֠F (57 ֠C) or a rate-of-rise of 15 ֠F (8.3 ֠C) per minute.
