Main Switchboard

SD Main Switchboard is developed by SD electric engineering team which adhere to international first class switchboard manufacturer, suitable for 50HZ or 60Hz electric network whose voltage is below DC230 or AC690,and single generator power from 20kw to 1600kw for running or paralleling. It can display current, voltage, frequency, power factor, generator running and can protect generator, interlock the shore power and emergency power to provide the reliable power.

1 Main function:

• Power station management system with complete function;
• Single generator running or multiple generator to be controlled for paralleling;
• Power management system function as the following:

a)         It is achieved for generator automatic start, manual and automatic synchronized, automatic load distribution, automatic load transfer, automatic unloading, sorted unloading, monitoring network insulation, interlock between generator and shore power, failure automatic processing for main bus banshee load and light load managements, heavy load inquiry etc.

b)        It has RS485 and RS232 remote communication interface.;

c)         Generator controlling and protection and other parameter setting;

d)        This system can show the switchgear all kinds of running statue and failure;

2 Safety, reliable and convenient for maintain.

• Frame structure, module design;
• Each panel is separated by partition board to avoid affecting the control circuits of other panel if break down;
• Switch is fixed type and drawer type which is depending on the customer referring to the relative society class;
• Layout of electric elements is reasonable so as to convenience for maintain;
• It has good air convection to prevent the switchboard inner temperature from rising up;
• It is installed with shake-proof handrail and front lighting;
• The power distribution system is equipped with the power management system, it can record the working and fault statue of switchboard and it has good maintainability;
• Power management system has provided the automatic start of standby generator and it have good continuity of power supply;
