HDPE/PP500~800(OD) Corrugated Pipe Production Line

1.  Main Usage:

This production line is used for continuously producing PE ,PP ,PVC single wall and double wall corrugated pipe, as well as PA corrugated pipes; 

2.  Main Features of Plastic single wall corrugated pipe: 

• high temperature resistance ,
• resistant to corrosion and abrasion,
• good flexible,
• high density and so on;

3. Main filed to be applied:

Widely used in field of auto wire ,electric wire protection ,lamp circuit protection, tubes of air condition and washing machine etc.

• Corrugator adopt advanced shuttle-type structure, rectangular working trail, easy and convenient to change and regulating forming mould and the long forming stroke makes effective forming of pipe. The sliding parts of the workbench are all made of high-strength alloy steel, good wearing resistance.
• Broad screen LCD(liquid crystal display) human-computer interface system, CAN data bus technology can achieve full production process supervision and management.
• Forming mould is made of high quality aluminum alloy which possess good heat dispersion and hot corrosion resistance, adopt advanced CNC processing technic to control control precision strictly.
• Online UPS continuous power supply ensures working platform return automatically and apart forming moulds from cooling mandrel when power off or other fault.
• Forming mould adopt water cooling to achieve the fast and batter cooling, the long forming stroke makes effective forming of pipe.
• Double-layer design of extruder die head is double screws synchronously and extruder material through nip-adjustable double-layer outlet.
• According to the customer need, adjust tubes flaring.
