EPOXY NON-SKID PAINT

The paint based on the Epoxy resin, hardener and quartz sand.

1.  Anti-slip, anti-skid and abrasive resistance.

2.  Seamless, impervious and very good chemicals resistance.

3.  Excellent mechanical properties, the rolling resistance of the vehicles.

4.  Excellent adhesion with surface of cement and steel, no cracking and no peeling.

5.  Unaffected by cold and hot temperature difference to deform.

ROUGH SURFACE

Set-to-touch 6 hr.  

Dry hard 12 hrs.   (25 ℃)

Base : Hardener : Quartz Sand = 3 : 1 : 8 (Pot spray, by wt.)

Base : Hardener : Quartz Sand = 3 : 1 : 12 (Broadcast, by wt.)

No.1001 Epoxy Topcoat (EP-04 )

No.1015 Epoxy Coating, Solventless

1. Thinner is only used for cleaning tools.

2.   Mix base and hardener according to the mixing ratio and stir thoroughly.

3. Avoid applying the paint in rainy weather or relative humidity exceeded 85% RH,  particular a wet surface must be thoroughly dried.

4.  Concrete substrate must reach compress strength over of 150 kg/cm2, and free  from oils, sand and dust.

5.  Please wear gloves to avoid touching skin when applying.
