ASSEN ZYB insulation oil regeneration system plant adopts a high effective vacuum and the internationally advanced stereo-evaporation technology, which are also incorporated with a number of state-of-the-art patent technologies. 

These technologies enable a highly effective removal of water, gas and impurity without switch off of power, shutdown of machine or change of oil which allows transformers running as energized. With these technologies, the oils withstand voltage is increased and the oil quality is improved, which recovers the waste oil back to the specifications of new oil and at same time ensures the safe operation of power generation equipment.

1. This machine is small, hi-efficient conveniently. And it can live operated with electrical, vacuum oiling the power equipment and dry moisture of power equipment.
2. Duplex Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
3. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
4. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure the machine operation easy and safely.
5. Adopts interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
6. Working with BZ insulating oil regeneration device to decolor (remove acid, oxide, free carbon) and lower dielectric loss, making the treated oil more limpidity.

ASSEN  warrants the plant supplied under this specification against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of  twenty (20) months from date of shipment or  eighteen (18) months after the start-up of the system. ASSEN's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or furnishing, a similar part to replace any part, which was proven to be defective within the warranty period.
