2. If a trading company applies for e-mark certification for headlights, it must have a manufacturer as its assembly plant, and the factory must have an ISO9001 or IATF16949 certificate;
3. If the manufacturer or assembly plant does not have an ISO9001 or IATF16949 certificate, it must undergo a factory audit (COP).
