Signal Acquisition and Access: The module has 16 input channels and can be connected to on-site gas detectors or flame detectors. Gas detectors convert the detected gas concentration signals into electrical signals (such as 4-20mA analog signals) based on principles like catalytic combustion and electrochemistry; flame detectors convert flame combustion parameters into electrical pulse signals using components such as ultraviolet phototubes according to the optical characteristics of flames. These signals are  the FC-TSGAS-1624 module.

Power Distribution and Protection: The module provides power distribution for each connected transmitter and is equipped with 500mA fuse protection. In case of abnormal situations such as overload or short circuit, the fuse will blow to protect the module and related equipment from damage, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the system.

Power Supply Status Monitoring: The module will real-time monitor the status of the connected external 24V DC power supply. If there is a power failure or voltage abnormality, it can promptly feed back to the system for operators to handle in a timely manner.

Signal Output: The converted and processed signals will be output to the connected safety system (such as the SAI-1620M module in the Safety Manager system), providing the system with relevant information on on-site gas or flame detection for the system to analyze, judge and control, thereby realizing the monitoring and early warning function for the safety status of industrial sites.

Petrochemical Industry: A large number of flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful gases are involved in petrochemical production processes, such as hydrogen, ethylene, hydrogen sulfide, etc. The FC-TSGAS-1624 module can be connected to on-site gas detectors and flame detectors to real-time monitor gas leakage and flame risks, providing guarantee for safe production, and is often used in places such as refineries and chemical plants.

Power Industry: In power plants, whether coal-fired power plants, gas-fired power plants or other types of power plants, there is a risk of gas leakage, such as natural gas leakage from gas turbines, and fire hazards that may be caused by electrical faults. This module can monitor relevant areas to ensure the safe and stable operation of power production, and can also be used for safety monitoring in places such as substations.

Manufacturing Industry: In some machinery manufacturing workshops involving processes such as welding and cutting, flammable gases may be generated or fires may be caused. The FC-TSGAS-1624 module can monitor these dangerous situations. In addition, in some manufacturing enterprises that use flammable and explosive gases as raw materials or power, such as painting workshops in automobile manufacturing (using organic solvents, etc.), this module can also be used for safety monitoring.

Papermaking and Printing Industry: Flammable chemicals such as inks and solvents are used in papermaking and printing processes, and production equipment may cause fires due to friction, electrical faults, etc. This module can be connected to corresponding detectors to monitor the gas and flame conditions in the workshop, ensuring the safety of the production environment.

Water Treatment and Environmental Protection Industry: In sewage treatment plants, anaerobic treatment processes will produce combustible gases such as biogas, which may cause explosions if leaked. The FC-TSGAS-1624 module can be used to monitor biogas leakage and also monitor the possible fire risks of sewage treatment facilities to ensure the safe operation of the water treatment system.

Municipal Engineering: For example, in urban landfills, a large amount of combustible gases such as methane will be generated during garbage fermentation, which poses safety hazards.
