White silicone rubber (usually food grade or industrial grade silicone rubber) has an elastic range of Shore hardness 20-60A and can be adapted to the mold making of complex geometric shapes, such as relief and curved surface modeling of architectural decorative components.

Its high elasticity makes it less likely to tear during demolding and can be reused multiple times (usually 50 to 100 times), reducing mold costs.

High-temperature resistant and chemical corrosion-resistant

The temperature resistance range can reach -50 ℃ to 200℃, which can withstand the hydration heat during the cement curing process and prevent mold deformation.

It has good tolerance to the alkaline environment of cement (pH value 12-14), is not easily corroded or aged, and extends the service life of the mold.

White silicone rubber is mostly in its original color or with low colorant addition. The material is pure, avoiding pigment migration and contamination of the surface of cement products.
