Working principle
Temperature signal acquisition: The module is connected to temperature sensors, such as thermal resistors, thermocouples, etc. These sensors will detect the temperature of the environment or equipment in real time, convert the physical quantity of temperature into corresponding electrical signals, such as voltage or resistance values, and then transmit them to the 9853-610 module.
Data processing and computing: There is a processing unit inside the module, which is usually a microprocessor. It receives the electrical signals sent by the sensors, converts them into digital signals and processes them. The processing unit will compare the current temperature value with the target temperature value preset by the user and calculate the temperature deviation value. Meanwhile, based on the built-in intelligent fuzzy PID temperature control algorithm, the temperature deviation values are analyzed and calculated to determine the control strategy.
Control output: The processing unit outputs the corresponding control signal based on the operation result.
