Product Overview
The Triconex 3625 module is designed based on the Triple Module Redundancy (TMR) architecture. It can convert the digital signals of the control system into analog signals and output them to the field actuators, such as control valves and frequency converters, to achieve precise process control and ensure the stable and reliable operation of the system even under harsh working conditions.
Key characteristics
Triple redundancy architecture: The module is equipped with three independent processing channels inside, and each channel can independently process the input data and output analog signals. A three-out of two voting mechanism is adopted, that is, only when the output results of at least two of the three channels are consistent will the result be regarded as the final output. This design greatly enhances the fault tolerance of the system. Even if a single channel fails, the system can continue to operate normally, reducing production interruptions or safety accidents caused by module failures.
High-precision output: It can provide high-precision analog output. Common output signal types include 4-20mA current signal, 0-10V voltage signal, etc., which can meet the input signal requirements of different field devices. It has a relatively high resolution, generally up to 16 bits or even higher, which can precisely control the actuator, achieve fine process regulation, and ensure that all parameters in the industrial production process remain stable within the set range.
Wide range of working conditions: It has good environmental adaptability, with a general operating temperature range of -40℃ to +75℃, and can operate reliably in harsh environments such as high and low temperatures. At the same time, it also has a strong tolerance to humidity, vibration, electromagnetic interference, etc., meeting the complex working environment requirements of industrial sites.
Fault diagnosis and self-monitoring: It is equipped with a complete fault diagnosis function, which can monitor the working status of the module itself and the signal conditions of the output channel in real time. It can quickly detect faults such as channel short circuit, open circuit and over-range, and promptly feedback fault information through indicator lights, communication interfaces and other means, facilitating maintenance personnel to quickly locate and eliminate faults and improving the maintainability of the system.
Communication capability: Supports multiple industrial communication protocols, such as Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc., facilitating data interaction and integration with other controllers and upper computer monitoring systems, achieving remote configuration, monitoring and control, and facilitating centralized management of the entire control system by operators.
