Fabrication Processing

1. Ground surface must be able to capture ink and be processed into white.
2. A bottle of white base coat will be leaving the factory together with the machine. Ink printing cannot be implemented before the white base coat dries up.
3. Finish-coat printing should be made after the whole picture is finished. It will take around one hour to dry up. When the work dries up after four hours,the process is completed. This machine represents a highly cost effective choice.

UV Ink (Single Head)

Fabrication Processing

1. The ground must be processed into white. The UV curing light of the machine can assure the picture to dry up upon printing, so there is no need to wait.
2. A bottle of white base coat will be leaving the factory together with the machine. Ink printing cannot be implemented before the white base coat dries up.
3. Finish-coat printing should be made after the whole picture is finished.

White Color+UV (Double Head)

Fabrication Processing

There is no need to process the ground surface into white, a layer of transparent paint should be printed instead. This machine is able to print white and color pictures at the same time. The UV curing light of the machine can assure the picture to dry up upon printing, so there is no need to wait. Finish-coat printing should be made after the whole picture is finished.
