1. Collection of dead and diseased animals: The diseased livestock and poultry from livestock farms and slaughterhouses are transported to the animal harmless treatment center by transport vehicles.

2. Entry of Dead Animals into the Processing Center: For dead animals that cannot be processed immediately, they are placed in the cold storage or temporary storage area and await processing. After the unloading is completed, the vehicle is disinfected and cleaned using a disinfection cleaner.

3. Material Conveying: Sick and dead livestock and poultry that can be dealt with in a timely manner are first pre-crushed and then conveyed into the rendering machine.

4. Sterilization and Drying: After the materials are loaded, high-temperature and high-pressure steam is introduced into the jacket and main shaft of the drying machine to make the temperature in the tank reach 120°C - 140°C and the pressure reach 0.2MPa - 0.4MPa.

After maintaining for 30 minutes (in accordance with the sterilization standards in Europe and America), use a vacuum pump station to conduct vacuum drying for 3 - 4 hours through the method of low-temperature vacuum drying. Eventually, the moisture content of the material is reduced to 12%.

5. Material caching: The dried materials enter the buffer bin for temporary storage.

6. Pressing and Degreasing: The materials in the buffer bin are transported into a screw press for degreasing and oil extraction to obtain meat and bone meal and grease.

7. Oil Purification and Storage: The extracted oil is heated and then transported into the oil storage tank.

8. Waste Gas Treatment: During the drying process, the waste gas generated is dedusted by a dust collector, then cooled in a condenser, and finally washed in a chemical scrubber for treatment to meet the emission standards.

9. Condensate water treatment: The condensate water generated during the drying process has been sterilized at high temperature. This water is treated by the sewage treatment system and used as water for vehicle disinfection and washing, or directly discharged.
