The Usage Method of the Moisturizing Machine1. Conduct surface treatment of the diseased livestock carcasses in the moisturizing preparation room. Treatment methods include: pool soaking or ultraviolet light, etc. Divide the common diseased livestock carcasses, and then prepare for moisturizing. For the carcasses of livestock with major epidemic diseases, do not divide them, but prepare the whole for moisturizing.
2. Use the material transport vehicle to transport the diseased livestock carcasses or carcass pieces that are ready for moisturizing into the moisturizing machine, close the machine door, and at the same time close the manual interlock, and inject 0.3Mpa compressed air into the machine door sealing ring to seal the moisturizing machine. Then, check whether all the valves of the moisturizing machine are completely closed. After checking and confirming that there are no errors, turn on the power supply of the distribution box, set the moisturizing temperature through the temperature controller (generally around 150°C), and then inject steam into the moisturizing machine. At the same time, open the exhaust valve. After about 3 minutes, the cold air in the machine is discharged. Close the exhaust valve for moisturizing. Under the high pressure of 0.55Mpa and the high temperature of 150°C, after a period of time, the moisturizing is completed (the moisturizing time should be adjusted by the operator according to the size and quantity of the materials being processed in the machine). At this time, it is necessary to first open the silencer valve of the deodorizer, and then open the exhaust valve of the moisturizing machine to relieve the pressure. When the pressure is reduced to below 0.02Mpa, close the exhaust valve and stop the pressure relief.
3. Gradually open the valve between the moisturizing machine and the oil-water separator, and transfer the moisturized oil-water mixture into the oil-water separator. Then, close the valve and let the oil-water mixture stand for more than 1 hour. Open the exhaust valve of the moisturizing machine again to completely release the pressure in the moisturizing machine. Then, open the manual safety interlock, open the machine door, and transport the moisturized residues out.
5. One hour after the moisturizing is completed, open the water drain valve of the oil-water separator to discharge the waste water. When the oil-water boundary line is 1cm lower than the oil drain port, close the water drain valve.
6. Open the oil drain valve of the oil-water separator to allow the separated oil to flow into the container for storage and sale.
