Product description: HY21F matting agent is a special matting agent for outdoor polyester/TGIC powder coating system. It is                                                   suitable for polyester-TGIC powder coating with 5% and above gloss (60 °) .

Product advantages: excellent film appearance, fine surface, smooth, anti-yellowing and impact resistance. Extinction, agent                                                     consumption TGIC is 20:1, the addition of small, cost-effective outstanding cost-saving.

Appearance:creamy white or light yellow powder.

Product Packaging: polyethylene bag, Kraft paper packaging.

Features:1. Polyester/TGIC powder coatings with 5% (60 °) gloss. 

                2. Excellent performance, less consumption and outstanding performance-price ratio. 

                3. The product has strong stability and good matching to polyester. 3% additive can also achieve very low gloss. 

                4. The surface of the coating is very fine, with excellent anti-yellowing and mechanical properties.

Product application:1-6.5% of the total design amount of matting agent (matting agent: TGIC = 20:1) with other raw materials                                                together with uniform mixing co-participate in extrusion. The powder can be produced according to the                                                  powder production process. The specific dosage can be determined by experiments.

Storage Requirements: 1. Store the matting agent in a cool, dry and ventilated place. 

                                             2. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity and away from fire, heat, anti-caking. 

                                             3. The storage temperature is less than 30 °C and the shelf life is 12 months. After the storage date can be                                                   re-tested, if the results meet the requirements, still can be used.
