Product description:HY2OC matting agent is a special matting agent (micro wax content) for outdoor polyester/TGIC powder                                                 coating system, suitable for 10% above gloss (60 °) polyester-TGIC powder coating.

Product advantage: not sensitive to extrusion process, good reproducibility, good resistance to yellowing, smooth and fine                                                     surface,good mechanical properties, wide choice of polyester. Extinction agent consumption TGIC is 10:1, the                                           addition of small, cost-effective, cost-effective.

Appearance: creamy white or light yellow powder.

Product Packaging:polyethylene inner bag, Kraft paper packaging.

Characteristics:1. Polyester/TGIC powder with 10% (60 °) gloss is suitable for coating. 

                              2. Excellent performance, less consumption and outstanding performance-price ratio. 

                              3. The surface of the coating is very fine and has excellent anti-yellowing and mechanical properties.

Product application:1-5% of the total design amount of extinction agent (extinction agent: TGIC = 10:1) with other raw materials                                           together with uniform mixing co-participate in extrusion. The powder can be produced according to the                                                   powder production process. The specific dosage can be determined by experiments.

Storage Requirements: 1. Storage of matting agent should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated sealed storage. 

                                             2. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity and away from fire, heat, anti-caking.

                                             3. The storage temperature is less than 30 °C and the shelf life is 12 months. After the storage date can be                                                    re-tested, if the results meet the requirements, still can be used.
