Huanyu Indoor Physical Extinguishing Agent HY11A (Micro Smoke Type) Industrial Grade

Product introduction: HY11A matting agent belongs to internal equilibrium reaction matting (commonly known as physical matting agent),                                                 which does not consume epoxy resin in the matrix. 5:5, 6:4, and 7:3 are suitable for mixed polyester/epoxy systems.

Product advantages: Good resistance to yellowing, smooth and delicate surface, small addition amount, wide applicability.

Product appearance: milky white or light yellow powder.

Product packaging: Polyethylene inner bag, kraft paper packaging.

Product Features:

1. Suitable for polyester/epoxy powder coatings with a gloss of 3% or more (60 °).

2. No consumption of epoxy, physical extinction, wide applicability, and wide selectivity for polyester.

3. Excellent performance, low usage, low gloss, outstanding cost-effectiveness.

4. The coating surface is very delicate, with excellent resistance to yellowing and mechanical properties.

Product Application: Mix 1-4% of the total amount of matting agent in the formula design evenly with other raw materials for extrusion.                                                     Produce flour according to the flour production process, and the specific dosage can be determined through                                                             experiments.

Storage requirements:

1. Storage of matting agents should be stored in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, sealed and stored.

2. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity, and stay away from sources of fire and heat to prevent clumping.

3. The storage temperature is less than 30 ℃, and the shelf life is 12 months. If it exceeds the storage date, it can be retested. If the result meets      the requirements, it can still be used.
