Fudan Micro first-level agent FMQL45T900 replaces Xilinx ZYNQ ARM+FPGA 7045 solution

Fudan Microelectronics Group has now established and improved product lines such as security and identification chips, non-volatile memory, smart meter chips, FPGA chips and integrated circuit testing services. The products are sold in more than 30 countries and regions and are widely used in many fields such as finance, social security, automotive electronics, urban public transportation, electronic licenses, mobile payments, anti-counterfeiting and traceability, smartphones, security monitoring, industrial control, signal processing, intelligent computing, etc.

Security and Identification. Complete product series, deep technology accumulation and reliable performance. The cumulative shipments of smart IC cards and radio frequency identification readers (RFID/Readers) have so far exceeded 10 billion pieces. Created China's first high-frequency/ultra-high frequency dual-frequency temperature measurement RFID chip, applying physical anti-cloning (PUF) technology to empower "core" security. Security and identification products are widely used in finance, social security, transportation, health, anti-counterfeiting and traceability, warehousing and logistics, unmanned retail, mobile payment and other fields.

Smart meters and low-power MCUs. The single-phase meter main control MCU market share exceeds 60%. The independently developed high-reliability industrial-grade main control MCU has reliable performance and has achieved localization of core components, with cumulative sales of 400 million units. General-purpose low-power MCU products are widely used in water, gas and heat meters, security and fire protection, smart homes, health care, wearable devices, industrial control and other fields.

Non-volatile memory. The products cover electrically erasable read-only memory (EEPROM) and flash memory (NOR/NAND) FLASH non-volatile memory series. The EEPROM market share ranks first in the country. High-reliability FLASH memory is unique, with monthly shipments exceeding 100 million pieces. Storage series products are widely used in mobile phone modules, network communications, consumer electronics, industrial control instruments, Internet of Things, security monitoring and other fields.

Programmable device FPGA. It took the lead in developing the country's first billion-gate level FPGA, the country's first heterogeneous fusion billion-gate level PSOC chip, and the country's first reconfigurable chip FPAI (FPGA+AI) chip for artificial intelligence applications. FPGA series products are widely used in communications, artificial intelligence, industrial control, signal processing and other fields.
