1. The product design conditions and use control matters

Production capacity refers to the production capacity of the equipment under standard conditions, that is, the following conditions are met at the same time:

A. The ambient temperature is 20°C; the standard atmospheric pressure; the altitude is not more than 1000m; the altitude of the fan is not more than 1000m, if it is higher than this requirement, please notify our company for redesign;

B. The average moisture content of cold aggregates is less than 5%;

C. Hot aggregate temperature <160℃;

D. The finished material is medium grain type, that is, the bulk density of the stone is ≥1600kg/m3;

E. Sand content <35%;

F. The aggregate in the stockyard should meet the proportional requirements of the relevant national technical specifications. Cold aggregate dust content ≤ 3%;

G. The cold aggregate must be clean and free from excessive soil and debris. The gradation of cold aggregate should be continuous;

H. The cold aggregate must not contain a large amount of over-spec material, otherwise it will cause the channel to be blocked and the feeding capacity will decrease accordingly;

I. The moisture content of the powder must be less than 0.5%, and there should be no agglomeration and arching, otherwise the phenomenon of material breakage and waiting will be formed, thereby affecting the output;

J. Asphalt should have good coating properties. During the standard mixing cycle, the aggregate should be completely and evenly coated with asphalt, and the asphalt temperature should be controlled within the range of 150℃±5℃ (ordinary asphalt).

K. Other aspects that affect production capacity:

a. Different environmental conditions or characteristics of aggregates in a specific environment will also lead to significant changes in yield;

b. The output of the drying drum must be calculated by the amount of material flow at the outlet of the drum and the amount of recovered dust;

c. When a screen is used, the output may be reduced due to the size of the screen used, the gradation of the aggregate and the formula used;

d. The output of the mixing pot will vary due to many parameters, such as the aggregate gradation, the nature and size of the aggregate, the affinity of the aggregate and the asphalt, the amount of powder and asphalt, the mixing temperature, the addition of additives and the asphalt in the formulation. The proportion of recycled materials, etc.

2. The relevant standard requirements of Janeoo asphalt mixing equipment.

A. Our design is based on the "People's Republic of China Transportation Industry Standard GB/T17808-2010". The performance of our equipment and the parameters of each part are also formulated based on the above standards.

B. The inspection and acceptance of our equipment also refer to the above standards. If users have no special requirements, they will follow these standards.

C. Based on the special configuration design proposed by the user, we can implement its function, but its acceptance standard cannot be implemented according to the relevant industry standards.

D. If there are standard requirements such as paint quality, spraying method, appearance color, installation and transportation that are not covered by the above-mentioned industry standards, they shall be implemented in accordance with the "Enterprise Standards of Shantui Janeoo Machinery Co., Ltd.", and users have the right to formulate standards , Our company implements it according to the standard, but it must be specially proposed when signing the contract and approved by both parties before it can be effective.

E. The ambient temperature of the equipment is -5℃--50℃. The user should produce within the allowable ambient temperature range of the equipment. If the equipment is not used for production within this range, the equipment parts may be damaged.

3. Specific requirements for fuel

①Light oil: diesel oil, the calorific value is not less than 46055kJ/kg.

② If it is a dual-purpose burner for light and heavy oil, the use of heavy oil fuel must meet the requirements of the burner for oil products. The calorific value is not less than 46055kJ/kg. The user must purchase according to the standard required by the burner oil, and require the oil supplier to provide relevant quality certification documents such as the oil test report. The fuel used must have good combustion performance and atomization. performance. All kinds of corrosive fuels are strictly prohibited. (If the burner is damaged due to quality problems of diesel oil and heavy oil, the related damaged parts and maintenance costs shall be borne by the user).

4. User-provided and paid items

A. The cables and transformers required outside the control room are provided by the customer, who can provide customers with reference cable models or requirements.

B. The user should increase and deepen the foundation concrete according to the basic plane construction drawings provided by our company, or redesign and construct the installation foundation and ancillary facilities of the equipment according to the local geological conditions.

C. Cranes, power sources, electrical welding equipment and other necessary tools for assembly and installation work. Lubricating oil, grease, and basic materials for equipment.

D. Materials, sand and gravel, asphalt, fuel, dump trucks, loaders and operators, etc. required during commissioning and production. All facilities that need to do testing and laboratory work items, etc.

E. If there is a heat-conducting oil furnace in the equipment, the heat-conducting oil should be prepared by the user. The temperature class is 320℃. The control cabinet of the heat-conducting oil furnace and the transformer cable should be prepared by the user.

F. The power system adopts AC three-phase 380V, 50Hz, and is powered by a single-circuit three-phase four-wire system. If there are special requirements, it should be specified in the contract.

G. Other required equipment, tools and work not described in this specification.

H. According to the regional conditions, the lightning protection grounding facilities are the responsibility of the user unit.

A. Due to the continuous innovation and improvement of technology and production process, our company has the right to change the content of this configuration and parameters before the user selects and places an order without notifying users who have received the configuration and parameters but have not yet ordered. Please check with our company before; on the premise of guaranteeing the function and performance of the product, with the continuous optimization and improvement of the product, the power parameters in this configuration parameter may be changed without prior notice.

B. For the boilers and other special industry equipment supporting the unit, the user shall apply to the local supervision department for installation, and our company will assist in the construction.
