The Xunji DP fiber optic module has the characteristics of long transmission distance, rich interfaces, flexible networking, stable performance, and resistance to electromagnetic interference, making it suitable for fields such as power systems, transportation, energy monitoring, and industrial control. Supports the Profibus-DP protocol and provides dial switches to freely select 10 commonly used rates or rate adaptations for Profibus-DP. Provide a flexible combination of 1-2 independent bus electrical interfaces and 1-2 fiber optic interfaces, which can be flexibly configured according to the actual needs of the project. Supports redundant dual network and fiber optic ring network topologies, and supports point-to-point, star, chain bus, ring, and hybrid network networking methods. Support wide range dual redundant power input (12-36V DC), with bus interface 1000V isolation protection function, and support relay alarm output. Based on industrial installation requirements, a 35mm guide rail installation method is adopted.

Network topology

The application of PROFIBUS bus fiber optic repeaters is flexible, and can achieve point-to-point networking, chain network, star network, redundant dual network, and fiber ring network self-healing protection. Logical independent dual bus electrical interface, which can achieve backup of electrical interfaces and single device access to dual redundant bus systems; Point to point connection enables the connection of two Profibus-DP bus network segments through optical fibers; Realize multi segment Profibus-DP bus connection on the fiber optic bus of the dual optical port chain network. At the same time, this series adopts dual optical ports to achieve dual fiber ring network redundancy function. When a certain fiber fails, the system will rebuild the network link within 10ms to ensure normal communication of the system and achieve self-healing protection function for signal transmission. This series adopts our company's self-developed proprietary ring network protocol Ci ring, which does not require settings and quickly completes the ring forming and ring breaking functions of the network. It is plug and play and does not require configuration, greatly simplifying the installation and debugging process for users.
