The function of the electric control automatic transmission training bench is briefly described.

      The equipment uses the refurbished 01N electronically controlled automatic transmission assembly as the basis, adjustable speed three-phase asynchronous motor as the power source, the automatic transmission for gear display, neutral start, forward gear and reverse gear operation and other working conditions practice operation. Real display of electric automatic transmission composition structure and working process. 

      It is suitable for the teaching needs of automatic transmission theory and maintenance training in schools.

The functional characteristics of the electric automatic transmission training bench.

　　1. The real can run the electric automatic transmission, driven by adjustable speed three-phase asynchronous motor, gear display, neutral start, forward gear operation, reverse gear operation and other working conditions practice operation, fully demonstrate the composition of the automatic transmission structure and work process.

　　2. The motor drives the transmission directly, and the motor and transmission are fixed directly through the coupling.

　　3. The rated current value specified on the motor nameplate can be set by the inverter, and the electronic thermal overload relay can be used to prevent the motor from being overloaded, and the acceleration/deceleration can be set by the inverter with S-curve graphics in order to prevent the shock during the start/stop of the mechanical equipment.

　　4. The panel of the training table is made of high grade aluminum plastic board which is resistant to trauma, pollution, fire and moisture, and the surface is treated by special process of spraying primer; the panel is printed with colorful circuit diagram which will never fade; the students can visually compare the circuit diagram and the real object to recognize and analyze the working principle of automatic transmission control system.

　　5. There are detection terminals installed on the panel of the training table, which can directly detect the electrical signals of the sensors, actuators and control unit pins on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.

　　6. The panel of the training bench is installed with automobile instrumentation and pressure gauge, which can display the engine speed, vehicle speed, automatic transmission gear, main oil pressure and other parameter changes in real time.

　　7. The training table is installed with a diagnostic socket, which can be connected to a special or general-purpose car decoder to read fault codes, clear fault codes and other self-diagnostic functions for the engine automatic transmission electronic control system. The training table panel is installed with automatic transmission solenoid valve indicator, real-time display of the working status of the solenoid valve.
