1. Product Overview

    The equipment adopts Volkswagen Passat B5 automatic air conditioning system as the basis, fully demonstrating the automatic air conditioning system composition structure and working process. 

    Suitable for secondary and higher vocational and technical colleges, general education colleges and training institutions on the theory of automatic air conditioning system and maintenance of practical training teaching needs.

2. Main components

    Compressor, all sensors, actuators and air conditioning harness, high and low pressure pipe, condenser assembly, dry bottle assembly, blower assembly, air outlet and air conditioning operating panel assembly.

3. Functional features

(1) The training table measurement panel painted with colorful spray-painted circuit diagrams, using 4mm thickness of high-strength aluminum plastic plate spray-painted, with a large temperature difference, wear-resistant, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, not easy to deformation, long service life, bright colors, not easy to fade and other characteristics.

(2) The operation panel of the training table is installed with air conditioning operation panel and temperature monitor, which can change the parameters of indoor temperature and outdoor temperature in real time.

(3) The training table panel is installed with detection terminals, which can directly detect the electrical signals of sensors, actuators, transmission control unit pins on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.

(4) The training table is built with international standard aluminum alloy profile, with light quality, high strength, corrosion resistance, long life, etc., without the need to go through the spraying process, more environmentally friendly, more beautiful appearance of high-grade, the table frame with self-locking casters, mobile and flexible, safe, reliable, durable.
