High Voltage disconnector switches for power distribution

GN24-12DI1/400~1250 series indoor high-voltage disconnector switch indoor high-voltage electrical appliances.The equipment is applicable to the network with rated voltage of 12kV and three-phase AC of 50~60Hz, it is used for opening and closing circuits with voltage and without load.

The product conforms to GB1985-2014, IEC62271-201:2011 High Voltage AC disconnector switch and ground switch.

Environmental conditions

The altitude shall not exceed 2000 m;

The ambient temperature is not higher than+40 ℃ and not lower than - 30 ℃;

The relative humidity is not more than 90%;

Without fire and explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.

Use and maintenance

1 Check whether the parts to be fastened for the disconnector and hand mechanism are reliably fastened.

2 Check the linkage operation of the disconnector and the hand mechanism, and check whether the grounding is good.

3 After inspection, confirm that there is no abnormal phenomenon and start to put into operation.

4 The maintenance of disconnectors should be carried out regularly, and also after two or three times of short circuit.

5 Check whether the structure is firm and the wiring is reliable during maintenance.

6. After all maintenance and installation are qualified, 3~5 times of opening and closing tests must be carried out. If it is not proper, it still needs to be readjusted until it is normal before it can be put into operation.
