Characteristics and use

PP/or PP/EPDM plastic surface can be flame or arc treated to improve the adhesion of the upper coating, but due to the expensive equipment and inconvenient operation, it is quite limited in practice, so VOK?- PPB is used  adhesion promoter acts as a primer or is added to the resin, which can not only solve the adhesion of the coating to the untreated PP/or PP/EPDM substrate, but also improve the water resistance, vapor resistance and heat resistance of the coating

Addition amount and use method

When primer

VOK?- PPB is diluted 5-10 times with solvent (toluene or xylene)

Wipe the material clean to remove residual oil stains or release agent on the surface

Spray the above VOK?- PPB solution, dry film 5-10 μ m, stand for 5-10 minutes

Apply two-component polyurethane finish or acrylic paint, and leave for 5-10 minutes

Forced drying at 80 ℃ for 30-60 minutes

Add to resin

Add 10-15% VOK?- PPB to the resin, stir evenly

Wipe the material clean

After coating, stand for 20-30 minutes

Forced drying at 80 ℃ for 30-60 minutes

Confirm compatibility with resin before adding

Storage

The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, and the container should be kept tightly away from heat and fire sources

The storage environment is 0-40 ℃

When the temperature is lower than 5 ℃, the appearance may be turbid or separated. Please heat the water bath to a clear state and stir it evenly before use

VOK?- PPB After a long time of storage, may become sticky and even gelatinized due to the volatilization of solvent. If this happens, please replenish the solvent and heat it in a water bath to restore it to its original state, and use it in the shortest time
