YX38-152-914 profiled steel sheet

The YX38-152-914 floor slab, also known as the YX38-152-914 profiled sheet, is also commonly referred to as the YL38-914 floor slab or the YQ38-914 wall slab, which is an open floor slab, it is rolled from aluminum-coated, zinc-coated or color-coated steel sheet with a width of 1250mm. Its rib height is 38mm. It consists of six waves, each wave distance is 152mm, and the width of the whole plate is 914mm. Yx38-152-914 is a new type of plate introduced from abroad. It can be used as floor bearing plate, roof plate and ceiling lining plate. YX38-152-914 profiled steel plate is very thin, the quality of anti-corrosion coating directly affects the service life. In general, the thin steel plate can also be used according to the requirements, after the pressure coating rust-proof paint, or the use of stainless steel thin plate. When YX38-152-914 profiled steel plate is used as roof plate and wall plate of industrial plant, the amount of steel used is about 5-11kg per square meter without the requirement of heat preservation. Thermal insulation requirements, can be used mineral wool board, glass wool, foam plastic and other thermal materials. The profiled steel plate and the concrete are combined to form a composite floor slab, which can omit the wood formwork and can be used as a load-bearing structure. In order to strengthen the bonding force between profiled steel plate and concrete, it is advisable to pre-weld studs on the steel plate or to press the bi-directional stiffening ribs.
