German technical background VOK ?- Surfactant for UV 3530 radiation curing system (silicone surfactant)
VOK ?- UV 3530 is a silicone surfactant used for waterborne radiation curing printing ink and varnish. Strongly reduce surface tension and good substrate wettability. It can also improve the leveling property of 100% UV system, without affecting the smoothness.

Features and Benefits
VOK ?- UV3530 is an organic silicon surfactant that will gather at the film/substrate interface in the waterborne radiation curing system. Its acrylate functional group enables it to be cross-linked into the polymer network, so it can be permanently fixed on the interface, thus preventing the migration of silicone surfactant. Due to its strong surface tension reducing effect, VOK ?- UV3530 can improve the wettability of substrate. In the nonaqueous radiation curing system, it will be arranged at the film/air interface to improve leveling.
Recommended use
VOK ?- UV3530 is specially recommended for water-based radiation curing printing ink and varnish. It has limited applications in nonaqueous systems.
Recommended dosage
0.2-1% auxiliary dosage (purchase form) is based on the general formula.
