Product Description
German technical background VOK?- Disper 1161 Wetting Dispersant
It is suitable for inorganic pigments and fillers, especially for inorganic pigments and fillers. The solid dispersion in the dispersion medium without plasticizer is used in PVC plastics.
Composition: combination of surfactant
Acid value: 8 mg KOH/g
Density (20): 0.89 g/ml
Refractive index (20): 1.460
Non volatile matter (10 minutes, 150): 95%
Flash point: 140
Storage and transportation: turbidity temperature may be lower than 0C during separation. Heat to 20C and mix thoroughly. Do not exceed 50C.
Application: PVC plastisol
Characteristics and advantages: In the dispersion medium without plasticizer, VOK-1161 contains monofunctional, anti flocculating group wettability and stable inorganic solids, such as calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide and iron oxide pigments. The concentration solids that can be reached are inorganic fillers, usually between 40 and 85%, of which between 60 and 85% is titanium dioxide.
