German technical background VOK ?- Disper W975 Wetting Dispersant
For organic and inorganic pigments
VOK ?- Disper W975 is used as a wetting and dispersing agent in the pigment slurry of thermosetting resin. It improves the pigment wetting and shortens the dispersion time, prevents the pigment from re flocculation, thus stabilizing the tinting power and color tone of the finished slurry.
Chemical composition: solution of high molecular weight block copolymer with pigment affinity group
Additive dosage: 2 - 12% inorganic pigment
20 - 40% organic pigment
20 - 25% acid carbon black
Typical physicochemical data: amine value: 18 mg KOH/g
Non volatile matter: 60%
Density 20 ° C: 1.03 g/ml
