German technical background VOK ?- Disper 202 Wetting Dispersant
VOK ?- Disper 202 pigment wetting and dispersing auxiliary is used to improve pigment wettability and stabilize pigment dispersion. The additive is a controllable flocculant, especially suitable for primer and primer. It can produce thixotropy to prevent pigment floating, blooming and settling, and reduce film sagging.
The additive can be used to gel organophilic bentonite to prepare bentonite slurry with improved fluidity, processability and storage stability.
The additive is used as a medium for low polarity solvent based and solvent-free paint systems. In addition, it has no adverse effect on the water sensitivity of the film. In many cases, it can improve the protective performance when used as an anti-corrosion primer.
Chemical composition: neutral polycarboxylic acid alkyl ammonium salt solution
Solvent: dry cleaning solvent gasoline/2-butoxyethanol 9/1
Auxiliary dosage: 1-2% of inorganic pigment
0.5-1.0% of total formula
30-50% of bentonite
