Product Overview
Coating drying oven for filter products
This oven combines five conveying lines in a section of oven. The heating space is greatly reduced. Improve the efficiency of heat utilization. Reduce the space occupied by the equipment.
FEATURES AT A GLANCE
1) Conveyor belt feeding part
1. This part is composed of motor, reducer, sprocket chain, and tensioning mechanism;
2. There are five conveying mechanisms in the oven. The length of the conveyor line is about 8 meters. There are 40 meters of materials drying in the oven.
3.The conveyor belt uses Teflon conveyor belt. The conveyor is equipped with a correction mechanism.
2) Oven
1. Convert the steam energy into thermal energy through the radiator to dry the material; 2. The oven is equipped with a dehumidifying fan. Extract the humidity in the oven to improve the drying effect.

quality control teams will be responsible for checking. The following steps can not be performed before the item passes all
inspections. At the end of the machine assembly, a series of tests will be performed. We will not deliver it until the machine
passes all tests. We provide a one-year warranty for our machines. Generally, our customers have used our machines for at least 5
years, 8 years or even 10 years. Throughout the life of our machines, spare parts will be replaced at cost.
