1. Double connecting rod balance and hydraulic drive. All moving parts have auto lubricating system, prolonging the machine service life and enhancing cutting precision.
2. The upper pressing board comes down quickly and when it is near the cutting mould, it will slow down automatically. Thus, the upper side and the lower side of the materials will hardly have any size difference.
3. The specially designed machine structure avoids oil leakage.
4. Flywheel energy storage tech helps realize high pressure cutting, saving power. The oil temp will not rise.
5. Stroke setting mechanism can easily and precisely set the cutting height according to different cutting moulds.
6. Main sealing elements are made in Germany. Key hydraulic parts and electrical appliances are imported and have long service life.
7. After high frequency quenching, the excircle surface of cylinder rod will be hard chrome plated, prolonging the service life of the machine.
8. The hydraulic system adopts auto oil adding speed enhancing cylinder. When working, it lowers rapidly and the hydraulic pump is in the state of unloading. It produces less heat and can work continuously for a long time.

4. How can I trust your quality?

• We have CE and ISO certificates. They enhance quality control throughout the manufacturing of our machines.
• We have professional QCs. For each step of our machine production, there will be a team of QCs responsible for the inspection. Until  the item passes all the inspections can it go to the following step.
• At the end of the machine assembling, a series of testings will be conducted. Unless the machine passes all the testings, we will not make delivery.
• We guarantee our machines with one-year warranty. Usually, our customers use our machines for 5 years, 8 years and even 10 years.
• Throughout the lifespan of our machines, the spare parts replacement will be at cost price.

5. How to operate the machine? We have not used such a machine before. We just want to expand our business and start a new line.
