Product features

GSK980TDB is a new product based on the upgraded software and hardware of gsk980tda. It can control 5 feed axes (including c axis) and 2 analog spindles, 2ms high-speed interpolation, 0.1 μ M control precision, which significantly improves the efficiency, precision and surface quality of parts processing. New USB interface is added to support u disk file operation and program operation. As an upgraded product of gsk980tda, gsk980tdb is the best choice for the technical upgrading of economical CNC lathe.

● Five axis control of X, Z, y, 4th and 5th. The axis name and type of Y, 4th and 5th axes can be defined

● 2ms interpolation cycle, control accuracy 1 μ m、0.1 μ M optional

● Maximum speed 60m / min (0.1) μ Maximum speed at 24m / min)

● Adaptive servo spindle can realize continuous positioning and rigid tapping of spindle

● Built in multiple PLC programs, and the currently running PLC program can be selected

● G71 command supports circular cutting of groove profile

● Support statement macro instruction programming and macro program call with parameters

● it has the functions of three-point arc interpolation, cylindrical interpolation and polar coordinate interpolation

● it supports metric / English programming and has the functions of automatic tool setting, automatic chamfering and tool life management

● Support Chinese, English, Spanish and Russian display, which can be selected by parameters

● It has USB interface and supports USB disk file operation, system configuration and software upgrade

● 2 channels of 0V ~ 10V analog voltage output, supporting dual spindle control

● 1-way electronic handwheel input, supporting hand-held electronic handwheel

● 41 point general input / 36 point general output

● GSK980TDB (GSK980TDB-V) is fully compatible with gsk980tda (GSK980TDB-V)
