K1000TFi

K1000TFi uses kssb servo bus and is equipped with sd310 feed servo and zd210 spindle servo. It is suitable for many models such as flat bed lathe and inclined bed lathe. K1000tfi provides three structures: horizontal (tf1i), vertical (tf2i) and integrated (TFI). Diversified machine tool operation panels improve the recognition and operation convenience of machine tools, and help users gradually upgrade from "function" to a new path of "brand" construction.

●New hardware platform, equipped with high-performance CPU, faster system speed.

Integrated flat cast aluminum panel, oil and water proof, 8-inch color LCD.

The maximum fast speed is 120 m / min and the maximum feed speed is 48 m / min.

5 feed shafts and 1 servo spindle, which can be used for simple turn milling compound model.

The built-in truss parallel control function gives consideration to processing and loading and unloading. It is the truss control scheme with the best cost performance at present.

The system is upgraded to two hand wheel and dual analog spindle interface.

Upgrade file management and program editing functions to quickly preview files, verify tracks and improve operation efficiency.

It supports G code a / B system and has all drilling cycle instructions.

It has unconventional interpolation functions such as polar coordinates and cylindrical interpolation.

Standard Ethernet interface, with Kapi function, can be connected to knd's KWS data service system.

Open PLC, with built-in standard PLC program, has rich functions, safety and reliability, and can also be developed by ourselves.

The local Dido is 48 / 32, which can meet the requirements of general machine tools, and the bus module can be expanded.

It is equipped with 23 bit absolute encoder motor as standard, and the processing effect is better.
