K100T-C (i) Universal lathe CNC system

K100T-C (i) universal lathe numerical control system plays a connecting role in kainti's lathe products. It is an updated product of the original k100t system. The system software has added a number of new functions to meet the basic needs of users. In terms of hardware, adhering to the consistent high reliability of knd system, it has low requirements for the surrounding environment, can adapt to the harsh environment, and is suitable for economical lathes.

●Use KND serial servo bus KSSB (KND Serial Servo Bus) has the advantages of simple connection, convenient maintenance, strong anti-interference ability and high reliability. (K100T-Ci)

●2 ~ 3 axis economical lathe control, The minimum instruction unit is 0.001mm.

●It adopts 7-inch TFT color LCD with a resolution of 800 × 480。

●The maximum fast speed is 60m / min and the maximum feed speed is 30m / min.

●Solidification standard PLC, DI/DO standard configuration 40 / 24 points.

●It adopts front acceleration and deceleration control, and has the function of small segment pre reading and smoothing.

●Rich thread functions: single head / multi head thread, metric / imperial thread, straight / cone / end face thread, equal pitch / variable pitch thread, and the tail length, angle and speed of thread can be set.

●With Chinese input method, the program can be annotated in Chinese.

●It has the function of servo graphics diagnosis and observes the tracking error in real time. Servo parameters can be displayed and modified on the system side to facilitate machine tool debugging. (K100T-Ci)
